Grading

  • Standard grade: the best of the batch. No facial flaws, minimal discoloration or over/underfill. May have minor air bubbles or dust, screenprint offset.

  • Minor flawed: Minor facial flaws, if any. All issues from standard grade possible, and to a higher degree.

  • Major flawed: Defects noticeable at more of a distance, flaws more extreme than in minor flawed pins.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges


There are no refunds or returns for preorders. Should you preorder a pin, you are guaranteed the best pin quality of the batch (i.e., "preorder grade"). All non-P4P preorder purchases include shipping insurance.

Should you receive a pin that you believe is less than the grade you ordered, I will handle potential exchanges on a case by case basis.

I am unable to offer refunds for in-hand purchases unless shipping insurance is purchased. Please reach out to your postal service's customer support should that scenario occur.


P4P Policies


Because of the P4P nature of relevant preorders, I am unable to make guarantees about grading. That said, I will not sell customers P4P pins that I wouldn't normally sell in my shop -- they will be sold as mixed-grade, but there is a minimum threshold for quality. There will typically be no extras in-hand.

P4P pins may not be resold for more than the original shop price + shipping from the reseller to the buyer.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges for preorders. Preorder purchases combined with in-hand pins will be refunded.

General Presale Policies

Because pins are subject to development and changes during the production process, I don’t support pre-trading or transferring presales of my pins prior to their production completing.
